Walter Brattain

Walter Houser Brattain (10 de febrero de 1902 - 13 de octubre de 1987) fue un físico que junto a John Bardeen, inventó el transistor. Junto a su jefe William Shockley, consiguieron el Premio Nobel de Física en 1956.
