Hirayama. Asteroide nº 1999 de la serie (1973 DR), descubierto el 27 de febrero de 1973 por Lubos Kohoutek desde Bergedorf.

Nombrado en honor del profesor de Astronomía de la Universidad Imperial de Tokyo Kiyosugu Hirayama (1874-1943).
